The artist, whose vibrant paintings reflect the palette and pace of New Mexico with a singular vision, peoples a beautiful pre-launch landscape with his signature cowboy figures. Burns' updated impressionism lends a surreal air to the calm that prevails as the Fiesta begins in the shadow of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. In celebration of the publication of this print, which is the twentieth in the series, an extraordinary "remarque" edition of 300 signed & numbered prints bearing a unique hand drawing by the artist in its oversized lower margin was created (25" x 39").

Published also as a limited-edition serigraph in an artist-signed edition of 1,250 numbered prints plus an unsigned edition of 2,500 numbered prints. 24" x 34".
