Ordering Instructions:

• We produce our artwork in limited quantities therefore only orders for the current year's Fiesta merchandise received by October 1st are guaranteed to be filled.
• Orders received by September 19th will be shipped PRIOR to the Fiesta. Orders received after September 19th through October 1st are guaranteed but will not ship until AFTER the Fiesta in mid-October.
• Posters, Clothes, Cards and Tiles are shipped separately via UPS or FedEx insured (export orders ship via insured air mail) and require a street address (no P.O. Boxes) for delivery.
• Unless we contact you, your order is being filled. If you pay by check and mail your order, your check is your receipt. If you E-mail your order, you will receive an E-mail confirmation. If you fax it, your print-out and credit card charge will serve as your proof of order and payment. If you order before the event, please do not call us unless your order has not been received 30 days past the end of the Festival.
• All of our merchandise is guaranteed to be of the highest quality and to arrive in good condition. If you find it to be otherwise, please call, write or E-mail us
• Once you've selected the method you will use to order, please wait for the form to load completely before selecting items and quantities.
• When ordering online, don't click the Submit button twice (unless you want to submit 2 orders).

Four ways to order

	E-MAIL the form (using our SSL encrypted secure server) by clicking the "Send To ProCreations" button, on the order phone (provided you are paying by credit card).
	To: ProCreations Publishing Company, 1500 Edwards Ave. Suite G New Orleans, LA 70123 Mail orders must be accompanied by payment using VISA, MasterCard, check or money order for the exact amount, including tax for Louisiana residents & shipping (see table below). Checks are preferred, and provide you with a receipt. They should be made payable to ProCreations Publishing Company
	FAX the printed form to ProCreations 1.504.733.3307 (provided you are paying by credit card).
	Some browsers including some versions of MS Internet Explorer 3.x; may have problems with JavaScript and result in obscure error messages when loading the page or selecting a product quantity. In case of such a problem, try this option which provides a form for you to fax to us. It does not automatically calculate your order nor can it be used on-line. We suggest you update your browser to the latest technology by visiting either the Microsoft or Netscape web sites.
