• Posters, Cards and Tiles are shipped separately via UPS or FedEx insured (export orders ship via insured air mail) and require a street address (no P.O. Boxes) for delivery.
• Orders for items created for the current festival may not ship until after the event. Depending on when you order, your merchandise may not arrive for up to eight weeks. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
• Unless we contact you, your order is being filled. If you pay by check and mail your order, your check is your receipt. If you e-mail your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you fax it, your print-out and credit card charge will serve as your proof of order and payment. If you order before the event, please do not call us unless your order has not been received 30 days past the end of the festival.
• All of our merchandise is guaranteed to be of the highest quality and to arrive in good condition. If you find it to be otherwise, please call, write or e-mail us.
